Miss McCracken County Fair will receive a cash award and will compete in the Miss Kentucky County Fair Pageant.

Pageant Rules and Conditions
Contestants must reach their 16th birthday, but not have reached her 22th birthday by October 31, 2017 to be eligible for the State Fair Pageant
Contestants must be a resident of, or attending school, in the State of Kentucky.
The winner may compete in another pageant during 2017 as long as it does not interfere with her duties as Miss McCracken County Fair. The winner must represent the first title she wins in 2017 at the State pageant.
Winners in other pageants in previous years and non title winners in 2016 are eligible
Contestants must be single, have never been married, or have any children
Winner will compete in the State Pageant in January 2018, in Louisville, Ky
Contestants must attend all practices, the judge’s interview, and all required appearances unless excused by the Pageant Director or Fair Chairman
Contestants must participate in Formal Wear, and a one piece Swimsuit. A dress/Sundress ( suitable for church) is required for interviews
Contestants may be sponsored by a civic organization or business, but this is not required. NO reference is to be made of sponsorship
A copy of your birth certificate must be presented before pageant date- no exceptions
Winners will be required to attend; Our Fairs opening and closing nights, Tuesday or Thursday armband night, The Paducah/McCracken County Holiday Parade in December 2014. Failure to complete these appearances will result in loss of remaining prize money. The winner may be asked to appear in other local parades, special events, fashion shows, Kiwanis Club meetings, and other promotions to represent the McCracken county Fair.
Parents or other persons will not be allowed in the dressing area. Attendants will be assigned to assist contestants in dressing.
Anyone who has held the title of Miss Kentucky County Fair is not eligible to enter
Winners must stay in contact with the Pageant Director throughout her reign
Entries must be submitted by June 10th, 2017 Please follow up with the Pageant Director before the pageant date.
