fair ADMISSION POLICY

ADMISSION FEE IS FOR ENTRY TO THE FAIRGROUNDS

Under 6 – Free

All Others – $5.00 Tax Included

Self Parking on Grounds $5.00 Tax Included

Cash and Credit/Debit cards accepted. There is a 2.6% fee charged for card usage.

Drew Expositions Midway opens at 5:00 PM nightly and closes at 10:00 PM unless otherwise specified.

Ride tickets are purchased inside the Fairgrounds at the Drew Exposition Ticket Booths

LAST ADMISSION IS AT 9PM. Ticket booth and entry doors are closed at that time.

The McCracken County Fair is planned and conducted according to the Kentucky Department of Agriculture regulations for the use of State Funds and Sponsored by South Paducah Kiwanis Club.

Front and back gates open at 4:30 PM. Rides begin at 5:00 PM unless otherwise noted.

$5.00 Gate Admission – Supports local charities

$5.00 On-site parking available, Entrance off N 30th St

2nd Annual McCracken County Fair Car Show from 8 AM to 12 PM

Family Day from 12 PM to 4 PM – $20 hand stamps, honored all day

Live Bluegrass Music, time and location TBA

For those with young children: There are various ride restrictions on height and age. 

Please see the entrance of each ride for specific rules for that ride. 

 

Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

NO Outside Food/Drinks/Alcohol allowed inside the fairgrounds!

Drew Exposition has a clear bag policy used by stadiums, arenas and other venues.

GENERAL INFO & EXHIBIT RULES

The McCracken County Fair is planned and conducted according to the Kentucky Department of Agriculture regulations for the use of State Funds.

1. The Fair Board reserves the right to close any exhibit, if it be deemed to be set up or operated in any way not in the best interest of the Fair.

2. Premiums will be paid by the McCracken County Fair Board as early as possible after the awards in the various departments have been made and checked.

3. Any premium check not cashed within 90 days will be forfeited to their privilege without recourse.

4. Each concessionaire will be limited to the space assigned to them. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of their privilege without recourse.

5. Purchasers of concessions are required to keep their spaces clean and sanitary. All requirements of the State and County Board of Health must be met.

6. The Fair Board of the McCracken County Fair will exercise every precaution to safeguard the public, exhibitors, employees and exhibits, but positively will not be liable for death, loss, theft, damages or injuries to persons, animals or articles.

7. The open classes are open to all exhibitors unless otherwise stated.

8. Entries made in 4-H, FFA, FCCLA, DECA and VICA classes must have been produced in conjunction with an approved project sponsored by these organizations.

9. Any individual violating the above rules or creating a disturbance is subject to removal from the Fairgrounds by police authorities.
